    Hi Benjamin,

    Thanks for the great info, I utilized the vitamin advisor and realized I could really benefit from milk thistle to combat the negative effects of all the advil and NSAIDs I take. Picked up the multivtitamin for women you suggested as well.

    I do not profess to have it all figured out with regard to the vitamins I am taking . aI am always trying to learn more about supplements which I could implement into my diet. Nevertheless, I’ll go ahead and share the vitamin supplements I have been taking for some time now. I take a daily tablet of Lutein, B12 complex, Ginkgo Biloba, Milk Thistle, Glucosamine and a multi vitamin. This may not include all of the essential vitamins, but they certainly comprise the nutrients that are good for all of the vital organs. Still, as I said, I am always trying to learn more and this article is certainly appealing to me and it should be to anyone who is curious as to what to vitamins to take.

    I agree that most people are mislead by a lot of the clever and deceptive marketing jargon that is written with the purpose of sounding healthier than the product really is. The other marketing objectives of the advertising ad copy you see on commercials or the packaging itself might include circumventing certain regulations that the FDA requires to be disclosed or stated. I think too many people lack knowledge about nutrition and as a result, get seduced by nutritional catch phrases like “fat free, when in fact the products they are buying are full of preservatives and flavor enhancing chemicals which cause unfavorable hormonal reactions in the body that consumes them.
